| Job Description: | To produce high quality & consistent meals in accordance to established menu cycles, recipes, and food standards. Supervise daily operations of the kitchen including meal preparation, purchasing, cost control. |
| Job Requirements: | Prepare and supervise preparation and plating of all foods for three meals, activities and snacks served to resident, staff and guests in accordance with established recipes, menus and food service standards. Maintain an appropriate inventory of all food items. Inventory and order all necessry food service supplies on a regular basis according to the vendor schedule established for the community. Maintain financial records as requird by Administration. Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well |
